In 2020, Heather launched You Do You Theatre Co., at first online, as a response to the closure of all in-person theatre activities during the pandemic. After two decades in the New York City theatre ecosystem, she relocated to Switzerland in 2021, bringing the company with her.

Her mission is to build a local community dedicated to truthful, high-stakes storytelling, which led her to reestablish You Do You Theatre Co. in Zurich to celebrate the richness of human expression and provide a premium platform for emerging voices.
